Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use TalentaMatch. You sign in using a Google account, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

TalentaMatch is a matchmaking platform. We help talent and clients discover one another by hosting profiles, portfolios, and project posts. We are not a party to any engagement, contract, or transaction between users, we do not employ talent, and we do not guarantee that any project, hire, or payment will result from using the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you submit — including your profile, portfolio, and project posts. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or offensive content;
• harass, defraud, impersonate, or spam other users, or scrape or harvest their data;
• use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms; or
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.

Any communication, negotiation, agreement, or payment between talent and clients is solely between those parties. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability, legitimacy, and reliability of anyone you deal with. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or for the outcome of any engagement arranged through the platform.

The platform uses Google for sign-in and may direct you to external services such as WhatsApp or Threads to contact other users or share content. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The platform, including its name, branding, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our permission.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentaMatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any dealings with other users.

You agree to indemnify and hold TalentaMatch harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
